I think I know who those "some" might be. :)

I don't see how anyone can say he choked--again, he led the Pats to the go-ahead score as he left the field in the Super Bowl. He almost connected with Moss on a 90 yard bomb after the Giants went ahead. It's Brady's fault that Eli hit Tyree with that pass they could never complete again in a million years? Was Brady covering Plaxico on the last TD?

A lot of you guys forget that there is another team playing against even the best QB, nobody is going to get it done every time. Joe Montana lost a bunch of playoff games, too, and he had Jerry Rice out there. If we're even having this discussion about Brady, I guess a fair and accurate discussion on here about Chad, Clemens, or any other QB is pretty much out of the question.

He choked outright in Denver, choked against SD in SD in 06 only to be out choked by SD and basically played a very mediocre game in the SB against the Giants when he wilted under pressure.

Brady is a very good QB but he has also played for the best team in football and had the edge of knowing what was coming all those years. And if nobody else is willing to say it, Geiselle is a bit horse faced to boot.

When it hits 40 years and it will:grin: that's when you realize that it's more than just enjoying the game, it's really pissing you off.

Well, I'm with you on Giselle and I think Brady's a douchebag in general, but I don't think the Pats were the best team in football except for last season. Until then he had no big time receivers, a decent but never dominant running game, and a linebacker catching TD passes. Not to mention they used a WR in the secondary for a while due to injuries and lack of depth and still managed to win. I would say Brady and Vinnietieri being clutch is why they won as much as they did, but again nobody wins every time.

Regarding the Giants game, how can you say he wilted? Didn't he take the Pats down the field for the go-ahead score at the end? That's all Eli did too, but he had the last at-bat so to speak. Look, I hate Brady, but you have to give some credit where it's due. He didn't put up 38 points, but played well enough to win the game.

Okay, he sucked in the first half, BB almost stole the game after the douche bag got a review on a 12 men on the field that had no impact on the play and Brady still didn't get it done. Eli Manning owned his ass in the SB and Brady had the best offensive talent in league history around him. He gets credit for the biggest choke in NFL playoff history to go along with his 3 tainted SB where his team cheated.

Have you seen Gisele without makeup? I'm not impressed.

lol never liked her with makeup. something about manufactured blonde crickets doesnt turn me on.

and yes brady got owned. but i wouldnt say eli drastically outplayed him. that pass tyree brought in over his head was a miracle catch, although eli did some houdini escape art before the throw.

the biggest story would be the giants d line shattering the whole tom brady remains cool and doesnt lose composure bs. cuz it does happen all the time but few teams bring him real pressure.

I agree on Giselle but you are nuts when it comes to Brady. Just remember that team was 5-11 in 2000 and started 0-2 in '01 w/ rumblings of Belichick losing his job. He is THE reason they won 3 Championships, yeah he's had a bad game or 2 in the postseason but it's not like he's been Peyton-like in January and let's not forget he did lead NE to the go ahead TD, it wasn't his fault his D couldn't hold onto it.

Brady has been BY FAR the best QB of his generation and the best QB in the clutch.

Is there any reason he should respect us? Am I missing something?

Brady was a f*ckin' 6th round pick!! I think Bill Belichick made a deal with the Devil to make that pick amazing... I am fairly sure the Pats are not gonna find another good QB for 10 years after Brady leaves.

It must have been nice in the Super Bowls to know where the openings would be in the zone and when a receiver's best chance of catching the ball would be in man coverage, and if the defense intended to blitz. Especially in games decided by so few points...
