The Raiders are going to have some amazing games. Shoot outs, They are still going to have one of the worst Ds in the NFL,Last years LSUs D would perform better.
Ha Ha Lets all laugh at Al Davis and the fact that DMc will be arrested within 6 months.

The worst defenses...hardly. Well...last year, statistically, they were the next to last. This year I think they will be better.

Yes..they may struggle at stopping the run,but their D-line knows how to rush the passer. They lost Chris Clemons to free agency..but they still have Derrick Burgess who posted eight sacks last years. They also acquired CB DeAngelo Hall, who had five interceptions. He and Nnamdi Asomugha are going to make a fine CB tandem.

The Pats had the questions before the draft.

Grades at this point do not mean a thing until these draft choices play a season. Right now all of these grades are paper grades; whether you give us an A+ or a D-, it means nothing until these guys play together in the regular season and have had the benefit of NFL coaching.

You also fail to mention that he was coached by David Cuthcliffe in college who is on the record as saing he believes Ainge can play in the NFL. I think the guy who coached both Manning brothers has an idea about QBs.

Kevin O'Conell was decent at San Diego St but after seeing but he wasn't even the best MWC I've seen in the last 5 years, that would be Casey Bramlett who I don't even think is still in the league. O'Conell was a serious reach for a team that has no need to draft a QB that high.

There are a lot of really crappy QB's playing in the NFL. Coaches more and more today are looking for guys they can use to control the game not win the game.

How does Tyvon Branch fill a need for the Raiders? They have like 9 CBs!

I also don't get why he has Merling as a weakness for the Dolphins, he was a big steal at that point.

People act like we gave up alot for Keller who can and will easily line up as a 3rd WR for us. All we gave up was our 2nd and a 4th....WOW broke the bank on that one...Our FO realized that teams were going to take him ahead of us so they did what was necessary to get him. I for one applaud them!!!

Also, a D for the Bengals? After getting Rivers, Simms, Simpson, Caldwell, and Collins? Wow.

If the Pats got Gholston it would be the best pick of the 1st round.

OK, Draft Grades have about ZERO meaning until about 4-5 years from now...

Did anyone think the Giants would have by far the best rookie class of 2007? And didn't everyone think the Panthers would have near the best with Dwayne Jarrett and Ryan Kalil?

I remember another guy who came in the league with a ball hawk reputation and with of knock of not tackling. His name was Kerry Rhodes.
