Ill tell you this, he plays exceptional when the receivers are in front of him. He may be better suited for a nickle role, and zone scheme, or maybe safety opposite of Rhodes.

you would think Lowery is projected to be a safety in our defense due to his lack of speed. But would our CS go after a safety who isn't a good tackler?

His ball skills seem like his best trait but I am a little concerned...

I was thinking that...... (actually could be better than both of them) but he's been hurt more than Pennington

Well....Trying to follow there logic...it looks like the Jets' are looking for playmakers & guys who can make plays. I too hope that they will get another big body for the D-line & a OT as well. Red Bryant is now off the board. Okam, Rubin & Dre Moore are still there, though Moore will most likely be gone before there 5th rd pick.

Honestly...This Ainge guy looks good in a uniform, but is horrible as a QB. Danny Ainge is probally better than him. Ainge is what held back the Tennessee offense this season. Did you watch any of his games. The guy might have a strong arm, but no accuracy whatsoever. He is really terrible.

I think Lowery is going to be a pretty decent player..... reading about him it appears that talent wise he may be limited but he apparently is a very smart player and can be a playmaker.

I like Lowery but i would have have liked it a little more if we picked him later. Dre Moore would have been a steal i cant believe he slipped

My thinking is the FO will be banking on a guy who gets cut June 1 or in training camp to come in and be a back up on the OL. I will always remember Pete Kendall as one of those guys and he was pretty servicable.

It seems to me the FO does a real good job in the 4th. I don't know what happened here. A zone cover 2 CB, no speed ? Yeah this seems like a reach 2 me. Why do the Pats draft down and accumilate picks and we draft up and give away picks? Just like last year. Bet the farm. If it wasn't for the FA moves they made, I would say this year is a lost cause too. I like the 1st 2 picks. Don't like the 3rd pick tho.
