that pretty much sums up how well this draft class was in terms of WR.

    keller was a good pick

My only concern is if Franks is hurt, who can help with the blocking? Pociask the Wisc TE?

Why don't you go kill yourself then?

Gholston was the BPA, and he fits perfectly into the Jets' defense, and Keller has the athleticism and ability to be a dominant pass catching tight end.

All the haters need to calm down and see what happens. Personally I like the pick a lot Keller has the makings to me of another Marques Colston. I doubt he plays TE and he is a better player than Sweed or any other WR on the board. There's a reason none of them went in the first round. Keller is explosive and when you put him up against third corners or linebackers on these teams you have to love that match up. Steve Young said it best. It's the third wide reciever that has become so important. Him Coles and Cotch. I'll take it.

I'm glad you can tell that now without these players having put on pads yet. When is an NFL front office going to call to offer you a job.

We won't know if this draft is good or bad for three years.

any help to the passing game will benefit the team. this guy will be a hybrid TE/WR in 2-3 receiver sets.

we are still thin at WR but this is a backdoor way of helping.

gotta get some DL/CB help tomorrow.

I was a little worried about Gholston, but not if the Jets took him. The Jets must have some sort of Ohio State wire tap.

Pociask, Kowalewski, and after Baker is shipped out or cut, a blocking TE will probably be signed.

Keller looks like he'll be an instant upgrade over Baker, who wasn't a good blocker either. Keller is faster, and more a threat to score when he gets the ball.

I would say McFadden was the laziest son of a bitch in the draft. How hard is it to put on a condom?

Sheeze...you casual fans are really something else. 240 lbs/4.55/pass catching playmaker on O.... and just b/c he isn't someone everyone wanted us to get in the mocks you're going mad. I remember Keller from the combine, a guy his size to make those type of plays is ridiculous. Oh yeah lets not forget the 38 inch vertical...insanity. You wanted a guy who can stretch the field...be an endzone target, get some yac....here ya go so stop bitchin.

So to all of you hating this pick to only buy his jersey in a few years own up to your stupidity when you realize how good a player this guy can be.

And to those who wonder why we traded up past the Giants....there might be a reason they wanted to pick before that team b/c of the possibility of trading Shockey. Is it really that hard to connect the dots here??

If you need want Clemens to progress, he needs the TE safety blanket.

Just look at it the way I am: Gholston worked Jake Long when OSU played Michigan -- Now Gholston gets him twice a year when we play Miami.

Look at the CS's history of trading up last year.

Revis and Harris worked out pretty well.

    :rofl::rofl:

This kid is a hell of an athlete, but the part i like about him best is his intensity. That shit is contagious and can really help push a team to another level.

    all you guys complaining, stop.

    dustin keller is badass.

he's probably gonna help us more on Offense than any of those other WRs that u wanted are.

there's a reason why donnie avery was teh FIRST WR taken as opposed to the other WRs that we "should have" gone with.

    lemme repeat-keller is BEAST

Yeah man...you have to have faith in the coaching staff and front office. That's the problem with these fans that boo every pick, and complain when they most likely don't even have a clue.
