whenever i watch the draft on tv, its always empty.. why do ppl have to line up so early.. this is the first time i am going to go to the draft, but i am curious as to see what time i should get there.. i mean how many wristbands will be given out?
bump Does anyone know if there's some fine establishment that will serve booze from 10 am - 1 pm near Radio City?
well I am going probably 10:30ish to get wristband. The draft is at 3PM this year thats 4 1/2 hours early maybe ill go 9:30 idk but what do i do between the gap? anyone know where the draft party is? like what street/avenue
I'm not going, but I really don't think that 6 is early enough. If I were going, I'd try to get there at 4. Lucky for me, I'm staying home and watching on my couch.
what is the earliest they start handing them out? 4am? Are you serious? someone is working at 4 am handing out wrist bands? Does everyone just go after the bars close?
...and then everyone would look stupid when the Jets don't draft McFadden. I can't wait for the draft to be over so all of these McFadden-only fans will leave.
aghhhhhhhhhh, i have heard like a million things about when I should line up to get the tickets. this is frustrating. I'm going to radio city box office today to get it cleared "officially"
yeah man well post whatever they tell you. DO I go at 7 am and get a bracelt or do I really have to go at like 4am it makes a big difference for me. please help me out fellow jets fans
Any info on the Jet party at D&B in Times Sq? I'm assuming I need to get there early, but how early? Anyone going?
My sister works for Reebok and just gave me 2 VIP tickets to the draft!!! I'm so excited, as it's my first time, and I don't have to wait on line. The tickets are all the way in the back though, but who cares. Ahh! I'm psyched!
Why do yall not want extra fans? Yea hog fans like Darren a whole lot more than the actual team. That is expected. How are Arkansas fans going to like the Jets? We are extremely far away. Whatever team Darren goes to we want to see the team he is on win. Therefore we would be Jet fans. Yes, if Darren gets traded or isn't drafted by the Jets we won't be fans. But why not embrace Razorback Nation for the time being? (assuming the jets draft DMAC) Go David Barrett! and the Jets! Most hog fans here would like to see him with yall compared to the Raiders. They start handing them out at 10am but if you want to get one, you have to be there at like 6am because the line is huge and it's a first come first served basis. So, if you come late, there will be no more seats (wrist bands) left and they won't let you in.
yeah basically the security guard told me to start lining up on 50th street and that you need to go with your entire party you can't go with like one person and take 5 tickets and get there early. I hear the viewing party isnt that crowded so maybe you are better of there
I'm new, so just wanted to say hi, and looking forward to a great season! GO JETS!!!! BTW If the Jets get either DMC/GHOLSTON/LONG/MCKELVIN I will be happy, so Tangini just make the right choice, and I will love it, but I really want Mcfadden:beer:
