There's a new "Prog Metal"{if you can call them that} band out of Poland that I can't stop listening to these days, named Riverside. I highly recommend releases{Out Of Myself / Second Life Syndrom / Rapid Eye Movement}. Cool stuff that will keep you listening...
My girlfriend's dad works for Cablevision so he gets some priority tickets for the Garden. We're getting some tickets for Maiden's show on 6/15 there. I'm so excited; I'm only 20 so I never got to see any of the older stuff get played. I can't wait.
I know man, I got a peek at the list and most of my faves are on there. It's going to be incredible. EDIT: got them today, section 123. Effin' A.
Very cool! Is that SKolnick back with them? Last i knew it was James Murphy and they were trying the death metal approach. Looks like a nice Birthday party they are playing there. Haha. I saw them open for Megadeth and judas Priest on the Painkiller "Clash of the Titans" tour somewhere around 91.

I went to Gigantour yesterday.... Megadeth In Flames Children of Bodom Job for a Cowboy High on Fire my neck is still hurting a bit and it feels like someone's put cotton balls in my ears :metal::metal::metal::metal:
If I could go I only really would've gone for Megadeth and HoF, the rest of the bands are just "meh" to me.
Not bad, but Dave was too civil.... no smartass remarks or anything like that. I guess he's getting old. Children of Bodom was pretty good too.
Why do I remember yu saying that you were going the Napalm death/morbid angel show awhile back? Is that stuff still old school enough for you to make an exception?
