That's what people are talking about when they say "PSL's". Personal Seat License. I'm not a season ticket holder so I don't know the details, but we have had 50-page threads about it so some people should be able to educate you.

    AORN...Not true.
Just like last year, and the year b4 and b4 that,
Our invoices came and there is no PSL.

What's happening here is that you have a bunch of drama Queens , some who don't even have seats crying all over about something that May or may not happen later on.....

But there is No tax, No PSL no nuthin.

Not sure if it's been posted yet? Did you do a search?
Do you have seats? Did you get your invoice?

Prolly not ....but for some reason I feel you may be underage and not know these things.
Please, fill out your name on the age tree in the BS section. Thanx

Of course there was no psl in out current stadium. Its for the NEW stadium. They will wait until the very last moment to let you know about the psl. The less negative feedback from the fans the easier it for the jets. I am hoping it doesnt happent or its not the whole stadium

PSL's, PSschmel's, let's talk real important business here and get our priorities straight. Where do the Jets get off charging that four dollar "handling fee"? What, it costs FOUR DOLLARS to stuff a damn envelope?! Handling fee! What a racket.

There was the one year I didn't send it and they returned to me in a Manilla that cost 3.50 to send.

No wonder this team is where it's at!

The thing about the PSL, is that there is a chance it happens. This is how the cities are currently paying for their stadiums...And IF they roll out PSL's, it won't be a $5k fee per seat. They will only issue about 45% of the stadium in PSL's, the same thing that the Bears did with the new Soldier Field. The amount of your license will depend on the quality of your seat. So a guy on the 50yd line might have to pay $10k for his seat, while a guy in the same section in the upper deck pay $3k. I've lived in Charlotte when this happened in the late 1990's, and when you give up your season tickets, you sell your seat license for the current going rate. In the terms of Chicago, the average gain on the sale of your PSL from when the NEW Soldier Field was built, until now is $8,300. Now this rate depends on the demand/quality of ball your team is playing, but 99% of all PSL's have generated money for the buyer. Now I'm not saying I'm in agreement with this, but its a sign of the times, and how else do you think we're gonna play in a $1+ BILLION stadium? Now I'm not sure if you've noticed, but people are currently selling their "rights to season tickets" on EBAY, for $1k to $5k depending on where they are. This is the exact same thing as issuing a PSL, and unfortunately there is demand out there. It just depends, what is it worth to someone to not wait on at 12,000+ person waiting list, and not get the worst seats in the house when you do get offered seasons from the team?
