Can someone clue me in to the reasoning behind singing that "Sweet Caroline" song at Jets home games?
The Jets are always hoping for a "Diamond in the rough". Or maybe it has something to do with Herm telling Pennington to take a Knee (Neil) vs. Pittsburg in the divisional playoff game. Not sure.

to be honest w/u all, i used to hear some weak ass songs for our home games, i havent realy payed attention to our songs the last couple of seasons, but i know when i go to raymond james [i live in tampa] they play up to date cool music and 'hard' music, not weak gay shit, also i went to our game against the giants this past season and they played good cool up to date music [we were the road team]
Its really embarassing, especially, the sing along. In the old days at shea, people would have been beaten for such an act. We are slowly becoming less blue collar with the attitude and atmosphere. Oh well, after 28 years of seasons, I only care about hosting a championship game and winning the bowl. They can have men in tights running across the field with Jet flags for all I care!!!!!
