I figure that with not many other glaring needs to fill and not much major value on the board, we can go with another guy with starting potential and both can learn behind Steve McNair.

So in your opinion, you don't think Baltimore will select a QB at all in this draft or just not another mid-round guy?

I have some friends that are Baltimore fans, and they are really high on Troy Smith...for some reason.

They really want some more receivers: "someone with some size"

Derrick Mason and Mark Clayton are both smallish receivers.

I think you've done a really nice job bringing in top notch defensive talent, but they need some help at receiver, and maybe a backup tight end behind the often injured Todd Heap. Also, offensive tackle is a huge hole in Baltimore, with Ogden retiring.

I can't wait until the draft but we need some serious movement in rounds 2 and 3, with early 3rd round picks we can get late first round talent, It is to bad Robertson will not be moved or it will be a late round pick, a 3rd rounder would be great, or a couple of them

    Atlanta is in the Catbirds's seat....3/2 RDs & 2/3RDs.

I really want to trade down in Rd 1 and pick another 2nd rd pick, problem is there may not be many teams looking to trade up.

Sedrick Ellis & Matt Ryan are the Wild Cards.....If both slip to the Jet's, and it's possible, some team may want to move up.

    Explanation:

Rucker is 33 Years old and contemplating retirement, the Panthers had one of the leagues most anemic pass rushes last year not counting Julius Peppers, and Robertson was good value in RD 4 as a DE edge rusher

Yeah just deciding who to take, it wont take too long. Have like 3 choices and just making sure none of them have been picked.

Thank you for going quickly. BTW, I really like the pick I think you got a steal there for Pressley, he could have gone in the high second round if not for his injury. I also love my Jason Jones pick and feel i got a huge steal at DE. A lot of other DEs that have gone before him I rated much, much lower on my draft board, such as Darrell Robertson who went 2 picks before mine, where I thought Jones would have been selected.

Yeah I was wondering when Jones would go, he will be at least in the middle of round 3 come draft day and could go a bit higher. Seen him talked highly in a few areas.

As for Pressley, he wasnt too big these past few months but all he has to do is put the effort and play with a fire and this guy could easily replace Tank Johnson in the middle for CHI and could be the solution to the one big problem in the Bears D.

I was considering WR there as well, but I thought of Demetrius Williams, a 2nd year guy that has size and speed. Than again, they lost Devard Darling and Clarence Moore, so depth is a concern. But IMO, Demetrius is the future starter.

I thought the clock stops at 12AM and then begins at noon........

I was waiting for the pick before to get it in last night so glad I just made it in. Slaton is meh but DEN needs a RB badly and hes the best available.
