If the top five plays out like this, where does that leave the Jets?

The Dragons can reclaim this season if they start trying harder.

If that story about us wanting Asante Samual was true and the draft played out like this and we couldn't trade down i think Cromartie is our guy. it would not be a huge reach, we would have two of the best corners in the league as I'm assuming Cromartie would be even better than Revis, not to mention the youngest crnerback duo also. Also we need a killer secondary to match up with New England and their wide reciever arsonal, and Cromarie is the only athlete that could come close to matching up with Randy Moss. But also I could see us taking Mendenhall, and i wouldn't boo either.

I think you go corner. When there's no clear cut BPA I think you go for position that doesn't have a clear cut starter and that's the #2 CB.

I would be ok with Mendenahall. He looks to be the safest investment for us.

I feel like no matter how the top five actually plays out, the Jets are going to trade down. I think it's a matter of cap space and depth. The Jets would probably benefit more from adding a number of quality players than taking a shot at a possible superstar. If McFadden is on the board, Tannenbaum can swing a king's ransom out of a team that will probably pay a price similar to the #1 pick in a weaker draft to move up and take him.

Who's the best OLB in this year's draft besides Gholston?

After Gholston, it's probably Derrick Harvey followed by Quentin Groves.
