I don't know who the hell Walter is nor do I care enough to type around and find out. You've probably seen this draft before, but it's news to me.

Here's my expert mock. McFadden, Gholston, or a Long if there at #6. Otherwise, trade down and recoup some of the damage from Spree '08.
    Please.

i don't trust anyone with enough time or capacity to update a 7 round mock draft nearly every day or already has a 2009 mock first round draft posted. honestly...

If Jake Long isn't there and they don't want to reach for Clady or Otah I could see them taking Ellis who would be the BPA if the draft fell that way.

Well, I couldn't agree more with this tidbit.

"Well, New York fans can now be legitimately angry that their team won a meaningless contest against the Chiefs late in the year. All three prospects, as well as Jake Long, are all off the board."

I don't think we will be able to trade down unless we are just trying to give the pick away. I've said that before. It's why I think we have to trade up to make sure we get one of the three guys who can help this team. Moving up to #4 is not an expensive proposition. Moving to #3 is a bit costly and moving to #2 or #1 is out of the question. I think at least one of them will be there at #4 and we need to strike if they are.

That is a worst case scenario for the Jets in a draft, therefor the most likely to happen.
