I pretty much agree with the Browns being in the top five, but the Eagles at 2nd? Why? Because they made one big move and overspent for Asante Samuel? Come On! The Jets have made more progress than the Eagles and deserve 2nd. Donovan McNabb? You've got to be f*cking kidding me.

what's worse is if the Eagles improve by one or two games people will sing their praises for getting 9 or 10 wins. but if the Jets only win 8 (but double there wins from last year), they will be dismissed.

if you were a sports writer, what would you have written last year when the poster boy for bad attitude and trouble, randy moss, was picked up by NE? would you have predicted an nfl record breaking season for moss with the pats going undefeted? you get the point. like said above, it's all setteled on the field. don't get your panties in a bunch. if we go 4-12 again, then bunch away. and send banks a letter of apology.

Thats a pretty dumb and negative outlook on the Jets offseason... where does he get off questioning if Feneca can be as productive as Pete Kendell? I don't hear anyone saying Kendell is even near Feneca in talent and he's older.
Why are people ever surprised that the JETS get no respect? I mean it is what it is. The Jets can win back to back Superbowls and STILL the beat writers would find something to crap all over the JETS about I take anything these writers say, good and bad with a grain of salt. :up:
