this was meant to be both funny and serious.

the Combine is rapidly approaching, and this test supposedly holds a lot of weight. remember the commotion after Vince Young's score?

so will pass with flying colors and who will be the class dummy?

if Tebow was in the draft, he would get my vote. his head just looks like a brick.

anyone know or heard of any top players who are known to be either smart or dumb?

Does Roger Vick still hold the record for the lowest score by a 1st rounder? I know he did for many years...

trust me, Tebow will have nowhere near the lowest Wonderlic score of his year.

Darren Davis, running back from Iowa State, got a 4. Sebastian Janikowski got a 9.

Vince Young got a 6, of course.

I believe Roderick Green holds the record. He got a 3 and the Ravens drafted him anyway.

probably not. the guy could be a genius for all i know. it's when i watch him use his head as a battering ram and the way he talks and looks... i wasn't completely serious.

but i am interested in who the brainiacs are and aren't.

intelligence actually holds a lot of weight with Mangini, so it's relevant.

No. He's not. He was home schooled.

Besides my obvious hatred for all things gator, he got an 890 on the SATs, that is far from smart.

he had a 3.5 GPA somewhere, but 890 is really poor.

Still, he's far from the dumbest.

my money is on DMC i remember watching an interview with him and you could barely understand his speech and it wasnt because of his accent, it was because he didnt speak in complete sentences

He qualified academically to play at one of the top programs in the history of college football. I know that's not saying much, because I'm sure a lot of horrible student-athletes get into Florida based on athletic skill alone, but these guys work hard ENOUGH to get into school...He might not be the smartest kid in the world, but he's a hell of a football player.

    I didn't say he wasn't good. I said he wasn't smart.
My ex girlfriend got an 1100 on the SATs.. and she was fucking dumb as hell.

And If i was a top 3 QB in the nation coming out of HS, as long as i graduated i could have qualified anywhere.

back on topic though, it's probably going to be a Cornerback.. I read somewhere that they usually score the lowest on the test.

Something with the players get dumber the further away from the ball.

Did Vince Young play both sides in high school QB/DB? His wonderlic score was trash.
