In the last 10 years, durng the era of Free Agency, our hometown rivals have made it to the Super Bowl twice and won it once. Why? Why? Why can't the Jets succeed?

    I want answers!!!

Because we only had the talent to make it for 2 of the 10 years.... 98 we almost made it, and 99 our season ended in week 1 when Vinny's ACL gave up. Ever since then, we have not had the talent or coaching to make it.

    because we're the Jets

We deserve a ride like this, look at what the football gods handed to giants fans AGAIN!

Next year I want to win the division

I want to beat NE in the divisional playoff...in overtime

I want to beat Herm and KC in the AFC championship game...in overtime (don't ask me how they got there)

And I want to beat the Giants in the super bowl

we deserve a little bit of fairy dust, waiting 40 fucking years

Becuase our owner is one of the worst in the NFL. It basically comes down to that.

That's not true. What the past decade has shown is that there is parity among playoff teams and if you build an perennial playoff team, one of these years you will get the breaks and win a SB. The 2002 and 2004 Jets were just as good as the 2007 Giants. The Giants caught lightening in a bottle, as did the 2000 Ravens and the 2001 Pats and the 2002 Bucs and the 2005 Steelers and the 2006 Colts and the 2007 Giants, none of whom were even close to being the best team in the NFL heading into the playoffs.

    Here's why...

-Because our Owner and FO are too focused on saving $$$ instead of building a team.
-Because We have the mentality of letting our best players go and never filling the holes or just patching them up.
-Because we just reassured our fan base that we will never have our own stadium and continue to be 2nd fiddle in NY.

    need more?

Because we're the Jets. Rooting for this team every year is like sticking your balls in a bear trap.

Defense, handoffs, field goals and sweeping the corners. That's how you win, now.

The Ravens and Bucs had a historically great defense, and the Colts had one of the greatest QBs in NFL history. All three had much better chances at reaching the Super Bowl than the Giants.

The Truth is that Joe Namath sold the soul of this franchise to the Devil back in Dec 1968 forever dooming this franchise.

Dont worry Jets fans, I believe Weelington Mara has now made a deal with the devil which erases Sonny Werblin's original deal.. My grandkids will not see the Giants in a SB.. Our luck is changing boys..

Because we have a horrible line on both sides of the ball and we send a backup Qb like CP into Battle with the Pats instead of upgrading him!
