One word of advice, hound .. BAP READ IT LEARN IT LIVE IT But seriously, GM'ing the Jets means you'll be the most scrutinized, I know from experience, and I also know that you can't please everyone, no matter who you select there will be some detractors, so there is no magic pill to get nothing but praise .. the best you can do is take the BAP and tell the peanut gallery to simmer down
Yo you want to hook me up with another team or swap me with another GMs teams seeing as the Bolts have 1 pick in the first 3 rounds? If I'm in I'm not wasting my time waiting around for one pick.
I've got a positional draft board made and soon I'll have a preliminary draft board set up for my picks by position. I'm not here to please everyone. I'm here to make picks in what I believe, would be in the best interests of the team. Also by then Free Agency will shed some more light on the situation and make it (hopefully) a little easier. I'll provide reasoning for my picks in the discussion board but I won't entertain arguments over picking one person over another. I'm proud I got selected (at random) to represent the Jets and I'll do it to the best of my ability. And if you don't like it... well, bite me.
Very happy to be in this again DEN and CHI pick near each other so I may wait a while after both pick but if the speed was anything like the last one, it will most definitely be good.
I am definitely in. However, if possible I would like to stick with only one team (preferably the Rams). Please let me know, thanks
If you remember from last draft, if a GM drops out or only wants one team and you need another GM, I will gladly take ANY team. Just let me know
Ah good teams this time. I had 3 total picks in the last 3-round mock between my 2 teams which were Denver and San Diego. It will be nice to get more involved this time around. Plus, does San Diego have any real weaknessess? I guess a backup RB, depth at DE and CB and OL and that might even be a stretch.
SD can most certainly use a Safety, the fans there dont like Marlon McCree that well and Eric Weddle might be the lone safety the fans like. CB could work with Florence probably not coming back too.
Clinton Hart is pretty good also at safety. I think SD got CB Paul Oliver in the Supplemental Draft as well.
Well first they need someone to teach Luis Castillo a new dance. His dance after a big play is hilarious. In all seriousness, they don't need a backup RB: They have Turner and Sproles, who is lightning in a bottle. Their weaknesses would be CB, OL Depth and DL Depth. They've got four young, great linebackers, a solid set of safeties (not great, but solid by all means), and good starters on the defensive side of the line. They've actually got a decent set of receivers. The only other thing that I would think of for the Chargers would be a replacement for Neal as he's getting up there in age.
Turner is gone after this year and Sproles is one hit away from being out of football. He is an excellent asset to the team but his size offers concerns about durability.
