Hardly seems fair that the Pats get the 7th pick in the draft, right after the Jets. My guess is that they will trade down.

Hey when you can get Randy Moss for a 4th rounder who needs to spend top 10 money.

The Jets however will pay big bucks for a future journeyman....it's just not right

I am new to this, what's the troll mean??

Obviosly the German Jets Fan thought that the topic was out of line. Just thought it was an interesting that the Pats(16-0) have virtually the same pick as the Jets(3-13) and that I am sure they will approach it differently.

Jets fans are understandably sensitive about that fact.

Come on fellas, the fact that this thread does nothing but break our balls isn't too subtle.

It's painfully obvious how new to following the Patriots you all are.

Dierk, I have been a Patriot season ticketholder for 15 years. I had the priviledge of watching the 1 and 15 Pats lose 6 to 0 in 10 degree weather to the Baltimore Colts.

I cheered for Steve Grogan, Joe Morgan, John Hannah and "The All World TE Russ Francis"...to name a few, back when you could buy tickets one at a time.

Believe it or not there are a lot of Patriot fans that have paid their dues (Though be it not quite as expensive as Jet dues)

Not buying it. Google makes it way too easy for you to drop names of a few Pats of yore. That would make you way too old to be getting your jollies ragging on anonymous Jets fans via the internet.

I thought dorks had to shoot the president in order to impress Jodie Foster.

I guess it is hard to prove to one's age on the internet. Let's put it this way I was born before the Pats. Went to my first game in 1973, grew up in Chicago and was a Bears fan. Moved to the Boston area in 1971, stopped liking the Bears in 85 for obvious reasons.

I had a fanatic jets fan that worked for me, who I still take to the Jets home game every year. He told me about the site and I found the interaction between Jet and Pats fans entertaining.

A lot of football fans outside of NE didn't realize that when the Pats lost their 1st round pick due to the whining of Magini and that it really didn't matter because we had SF 1st round pick. My guess is that Belichick and Kraft didn't have to change their lifestyles with the outragious fines either.

I guess you guys already knew that......sorry for the posting something that you felt was so offensive.
