When they decided to punt with 12 and change left on 4th and 2 at midfield down 3 scores is when they gave up. The Packers had scored a TD on their last 6 possessions. That was possibly the worst coaching decision since herm took a knee on two straight downs in Pittsburgh.
The Packers OL controlled this game. They're all over that front 7 like Mark Chmura on a drunk teenage chick. :drunk:
they punted earlier as well. They couldn't afford to punt at all in the 4th quarter if they wanted to win. Holmgren had given up on the game before that 4th and 2.
i don't know if there would have been enough to overturn it. it was so close that maybe they would have had to stick with the ruling on the field.
