yea i was think tannebaum poured some jack daniels and dropped a shroom in the lions GM's latte and tannebaum pretended to be god and told him to make the trade....it seems a little far fetched but it can definalty happen

he was gonna throw in jmac for free but he felt that would make it a very bad trip..

i think we should trade down 2 get 2 picks if gholston 2 longs mcfadden or dorsey is not there and we can get 2 1st rounders and draft clady and cherilus that would be good and we can sign suggs and draft groves that would be good

i disagree. a lot of players from the fourth round on this team are good and play a lot. kerry rhodes, leon washington, brad smith(hes improving, hate him, i still think he is nasty).....the jones trade was great, he rushed for 1100 yards behind this shit hole for a oline...he may dance a lot in the backfield but his oline didnt open holes for him.

Ryan Clady is extremely overrated and in my opinion shouldn't go any higher than 25. He's a great pass protector, but mediocre in run blocking when he doesn't have support from his guards...and what do we not have in New York? Guards. Darryn Colledge was a big reason for his success last season.

Onterio Groves isn't a real person, but Quinton Groves is.

Martin, not Marvin, Rucker is going to get drafted WAY higher than the 5th round.

...and last but not least, we won't take ANOTHER QB in the 2nd round.

Clady's like a watered down D'Brick. He's a similar prospect, but not as good as D'Brick was coming out.

I could go for this draft, but I think I would change a couple things.

I think that Vilma will be strong paired with Harris, especially if we picked up a stud like Gholston at OLB. Gholston/Vilma/Harris/Thomas seems like a top linebacking core. Seeing that i would keep Vilma, I would Look OL in the third.

I would love to see the jets pick up Kendal Langford get picked up 4/5 round.(6'8" 330lbs) and move him out to defensive tackle. Ellis/okam/Lanford should plug some holes and keep the OL getting to the second level to tie up the Linebackers. Fixes our run stopping Problems.

One other thing I would research would be moving Vilma out to Stong safety, and freeing up Rhodes to cover deep. Gives an extra Linebacker out there, and cover skills.( I believe he could handle)

But he was a pro bowl linebacker in the 4-3, I think a team like the Saints would definitely take Vilma for a 2nd rounder that they would spend on an unproven LB anyway.

Kendall Langford is 6-6 294, where are you getting your numbers from?
