Coles and Pennington, and a second rounder for the Chiefs 1st rounder? I'd make that trade, draft Chris Long, and then draft Gholston, and you're set on defense (well a NT would be nice).
Man, that would be pretty f--king wild. But when you think about it, that is really like trading Coles, Penny and Vilma for KC's 1st round pick because Vilma would net us a 2nd rounder in a trade anyway.
That's true. We'd save some money, but we'd be looking for a backup QB, and a WR. They shouldn't be too tough to find. I think it may be worth it.
We have much bigger needs then drafting McFaddon. "DMC" as you say would not have sent us to the playoffs last year.
Throw in McCairens and maybe they'll throw in their 2nd rounder too. Keep dreaming...haha Coles is old and hurt, Pennington was benched on a 4-12 team. Why would anyone give up the 5th pick for that combo?
