Eric mangini coaches the 3-4 hes not gonna change because hes personnel fits the 4-3. He is going to mold the team how he likes to coach them, because he is the head coach and he makes the calls. So can people stop saying we should move to a 4-3 because its never going to happen unless eric mangini is fired and firing eric mangini now would mean the past 2 seasons were a complete waste.
