I really think the essence of this is that Chad was only a cog in our lack of productivity. Clemens may represent a new tranny, but unless we beef up the suspension and get a tune up we will still have issues with performance.

Now Kellen has had to start in six games against better teams than Chad has played against and not won more games than he lost and now all of a sudden you want to crawl out from under your rock. I told you Chad was done way back in May and I will make sure to find you this time next year when Kellen was lighting it up. Pennington S**ked with the team. Kellen is learning with the team. There is a difference that is why Chad is on the bench. Do you not understand Kellen is getting his feet wet in the Nfl and has come in under bad circumstances. Chad stunk and he actually knew what to do and what was going on on every play.
Actually, if the Ravens acquire Chad and do some offensive line improvement along with a couple of tweaks on defense they will be a very good team next year. 11-5 is not out of the question and them going deep into the playoffs is not out of the question either. There are really only a couple of teams that Chad can play for and be successful based on where that team is personnel-wise.
Im sure the Patriots, Colts, Steelers, Browns, Chargers and whoever else will be Petrified when they see Air Pennington behind Center for the Ravens. Ray Lewis will go ballistic after a game of his flutter balls. If the defense is pissed at the offense now on that team wait until they get a load of noodle arm!

Did I ever once waver on my opinion of Chad. I did not make a 180 so what are you talking about. Definitely not me. I did not like him as our Qb last year and I don't like him this year. When I voice my anti Chad sentiment my responses are geared to people who attack me and say I don't know what im talking about blah, blah, blah when I speak of Chad. I take no pleasure in being right about chad because at the end of the day the ultimate goal is for the Jets to win no matter who is behind center. I take no pleasure in Chads demise because all Jet fans lose because of it. With that said there are alot of Cp supporters who want Kellen to Flop just because he is not CP and they were wrong to support Chad. I would prefer to be happy that we have two good offensive linemen, Three good players on Defense in Harris, Revis and Rhodes and a possible Qb of the future. We are rebuilding so I will get joy out of seeing how the team progresses over the next few years.
You're not paying attention. We all know you've hated Chad. The difference that people are noticing is that a few months ago when Chad was the QB, most, if not all of the losing was being blamed entirely on Chad. The fact that the rest of the team sucked didn't seem to matter to the lynch mob. Fast forward a couple of months and the team still sucks, but Clemens hardly gets any of the blame without a lot of excuses being attached to it. It's completely opposite from when Chad was the QB.
You were laying blame solely on the QB when we were losing early in the season, completely ignoring the fact that we couldn't run the ball, couldn't block and couldn't stop anyone. Now that Chad--who we know you hate, we get it--isn't the QB, you've suddenly realized that no QB can win by himself. And while you're patting yourself on the back for your great predictions, remind me how the Bengals and Ravens are so many "levels above us" as you were saying in the summer, since they aren't going to the playoffs either. If you throw enough shit on the wall, something is bound to stick. If you predict doom and we don't win the Super Bowl, it doesn't make you an expert on anything. We call this the "Champ Ratio".
When I predicted we were going to be 6-10 there is no way the Qb could be the sole reason. I said when Chad got benched that it was not all his fault but it was his time to go and it was. We still can't do everything that we couldn't when Chad was in there but at least Kellen can win a game with his legs or arm and Chad can not do that. Chad's time here is up and it is time to stop talking about him because he is done. Im not patting myself on the back because the predictions are bad for us. I wish I was wrong so we could win. I have been waiting for a Jet Championship my whole life and im not a young kid anymore. I am suffer with every loss but I can no longer see what I want to because it feels good. I said the Ravens have a great defense to build on and the Bengals have Palmer, and three great receivers to give them a punchers chance in every game. The Bengals and Ravens beat us and the Ravens had their punchers chance against the Pats last week and blew it. I said our team is not good on either side of the ball and we need play makers at almost every position. I also said the Chargers were the best team in football as well and they have not played like it thus far. You sound like im gloating because we are losing and im not. Im disgusted but I just show my disgust in a blunt way.
