    Hey Champ,

I love you... and I love sparring with you. But could you just try to make it a little easier to work through? I ain't calling for Spellcheck or Grammarcheck or Punctuationcheck or anything else, but maybe could you just try to make it so us regular people have a chance of deciphering it without reading it seven times?

I SERIOUSLY don' think Chad views himself as a backup..... no way does he take a pay cut (he already graciously done that once which is rare nowadays), nor settle to groom Clemmons next season. If he is not starting or at least able to compete to start he is lookin' for a way out, and he is doing it NOW.... don't be decieved

    I agree Steelers fan...

Chad Pennington could help in the film room, but what's he going to do for us if Clemens goes down?

I'd rather get Patrick Ramsey back than keep this overpaid vegetable on our roster. We need to get all we can for him...

Jake Plumer without the damaged arm coming off a 13 and 3 season and a trip to the AFC finals followed by being replaced the following year by a high 1st round QB on a team with a winning record at the time he was replaced was offered a 4 by Tampa Bay before he outright quit.

Everyone is basing Pennington's future on his performance this year, and people forget he was the #1 reason the Jets went 10-6 last year. This years performance is an obvious result of a very weak Jets team. As bad as the offense was, the Jets had a chance to win many of their games but the defense kept giving up the leads when we had them, and they let 3rd stringers look like pro bowlers. Given the right situation, and that is the key, CP can be very successful some place else, for some people, thats a hard pill to swallow. Bring on all the criticism, he has proven the doubters wrong before.

well I think it would work... soon as larry johnson comes back thier just going to run the bal two out of 3 downs anyway.. chad penningtn is a great playaction passer so thier set of downs would most likely be a combination of .. run ,run playaction. playaction run run, run run run.

Yesr scenario sounds plausable so long as LJ skills do not dimish much over the next few years

In the NFL, there's this thing called the AFC Championship Game. It is a sole game. Not a series.
