I can understand them passing up Quinn because I don't think he'll be anything special....but they could've gotten a lot better than Ginn with the #9 pick.
Watching the draft that pass on Quinn by the fish was probably the highlight. Now the browns are absolutely stacked at QB, and the fish have a nice kick returner and are making calls to Ryan Leafs's agent... priceless.
Most RBs are not difference makers they're as good or as bad as their line play. Jones is squarely in this camp so why bother bringing him in when the line can't run block. It was a waste.
if the pats end up with the 2nd pick overall do you think anyone will trade with them... with the talent there is I can only see dallas for mcfadden. The pats may be forced to pick and pay the bucks for a player they don't really want... Anyway go jets air that fucker out!!!
Chris Redman entered the game for Atlanta earlier and he's lighting up St. Louis. 10/12 102 Yards and 2 TDs Petrino should've used that Louisville bust from the beginning.
You are playing the game of football and don't have a starting RB on your roster. You trade down in the second round of the draft to get the starting RB off a SB team, who just happened to have his best year and has only been getting starter # carries for 2 seasons. You trade down in the second round of the draft to get a Curtis clone with actual breakaway speed... Chicago's running game is awful this season, with the same line everyone was calling top 3 last season, but no TJ. Hmmm.... Our line sucks and is underachieving big time, but how can you fault a CS for getting a really good RB basically for free when the team was playoff calibre last season.
