    Comparison

I would have to agree with thre Hostetler comparison, lets hope he does not turn out to be another Giants quarterback named Kent graham.

Yeah...Kellen Clemens is huge. That is a terrible comparison.

    Derek Anderson is 6'6 230

    Kellen Clemens is barely 6'2.

he isnt very tall but bulky, he can move for a big guy. Now that Clemens is QB I wish we had santana moss back. It's like an alternate universe were the Jets Qb can through deep but doesnt have a deep threat WR.

A young less talented Ryan Leaf. His arm isnt that good and he has the maturity of a 5 year old.

So far I'd say he looks a little worse than Brooks Bollinger did even when Brooksie had significantly less options. No accuracy. Throwin passes over people's heads, and a little mobility to makeup for shitty oline.

Dave Krieg. Or, maybe even Mark Malone.

I'm changing mine from Mark Malone to Jim Zorn. Until tomorrow. Tomorrow feels like a Dan Pastorini kind of day.

I just watched the Mizzou game and watching Chase Daniel was very similar to watching Clemens.

A lot of that had to do, admittedly, with the fact that both ran zone-read offenses in college. I am not a fan of drafting QBs from those systems though as I think it translates very poorly to the NFL.

    This should've been a poll.

    Glenn Foley.

I'm surprised no-one has said Heath Shuler or Andre Ware. Holy Smokes. Hell, how about Koy Detmer and Gustave Yosef Frerotte while we're at it? Still funny to see people swinging wildly on the spectrum, even if they are just joking. I mean, some of you ARE joking, right? Ten bucks the next poster says Johnny Unitas. Go ahead. Make my day.

EDIT: Oh, wait, I'm sorry. I just realized days later that the thread title actually says WHAT does Clemens remind you of, not WHO. This could go far. Hehe.
