If the team is so bad as you say, then whats the point in playing an unexperienced QB, when you have a 60 mil QB on the bench...
The Jets are so deficient on both sides of the ball it's really hard to know where to begin. I don't think they will give up on the kid this early. I do think they need a good backup solution next year.
ehh, we didn't have anything to blow. We were already a bad team and the Cowboys are among the NFL's elite teams. No one thought we would win. It's been a rough season so far, and it's probably going to finish that way too. All I want to see is progress and our defense is starting to get pressure on the QB in recent games, but Clemens needs to step it up by the end of the season. He has a lot of prove. That was a great play by Newman to jump that pass, but it still shouldn't have been thrown...that throw was his only important mistake of this game...so far. The pass rush has been effecting him.
The O-line has been dreadful today. That's had as much to do with the donut we're sporting right now than anything.
I'm now convinced we just do not know how to throw it the necessary amount of yds for a first on 3rd down.
Why do you ever play an inexperienced QB? Either because you have to, or to get him some experience..
Its funny how everyone turns against Clemens after this horrible first half showing. Now im a Pennington backer. And ive said throughout the entire season the 1-6 start was not all his fault. And Clemens play today proves it.
