What QB does KClemens remind you of?

    I can't help but think of Jeff Garcia when I watch KC play. He doesnt run as well as Garcia ,but surprisingly quick on the scramble. He also buys time in the pocket. His stature and arm strength (good,not great) and throwing style also are similar,IMHO.. And he's a fiery guy.

    If he turns out to be as good as Garcia at his best,that's OK with me.

    My thought was Derek Anderson, I was watching the Browns highlights and then watched the Jet highlights and I thought they were similar. Both big and not extremely mobile but big gun but still working on accuracy.

    Fran Tarkenton.

    He's probably not that good but he has the same live arm and crazy legs scrambling approach, and like Tarkenton he's not fast, just elusive.

    Why? Garcia is good, but not great. I'd rather him be more like Tark myself! I'm tired of the Jets having just good (or less than good) QB's - it's been over 30 years since we've had a great one. On the bright side, I like what I've seen from KC so far in his limited action - so who knows?

    its terrible but that was the second thing i thought of when i read this thread, first thing was whoa hes really never been all that great of a qb, and didnt TO tell everybody he was gay?

    I see the future of the franchise who will be better than all 3 of those guys.

    Runs pretty good, has a nice arm, not very big.

    Sounds and looks like Tony Romo...

    NOT saying he is playing as good as tony romo, for those of you who want to take this out of context.

    The way he moves the team in the last minute of games reminds me of Chad Pennington.

    No way, Kellen Clemens and Devin Hester are going to be the only players with 100 speed in Madden 2009.
