I think it would be great to see the Manning brothers on the cover. Back to back smiling into the camera. High comedy all around.

Well caprio, in the unlikely scenario of a Giants Colts Superbowl, don't be shocked if the Manning bros make the cover back to back... that would be so much better than if it was Brady (he would break the Madden Curse, we all know he would) or AP because of the curse.

Reggie Bush, especially if the Saints make the playoffs again. He's one of the most marketable guys in sports. He's already been on the NCAA cover.

Maybe Bob Sanders, if they emphasize of defense?

Scikotics- Great observation about the racist Madden cover thing. I never realized it had only been black guys. Oh wait... Shaun Alexander is white.

The thing about the "Madden curse" is that a rushing quarterback has graced the cover 4 times (Pep, Vick, McNabb and Young). I don't have any statistics to back this up, but I bet Rushing Quarterback is the most injury-prone position in football.

And lets all remember that Eddie George didn't get injured after he made the cover.

I'd say Brady. He's had a hell of a year. Aside from that I'd say Favre. Breaking the TD record's a HUGE deal. And who knows maybe he'll actually retire.

I guess he thinks Alexander likes the tanning booth.
