That is one of the most irresponsible articles I have ever read. You have a surgeon who speculates an entire injury, treatment and recovery period based on the fact that the Jets put him on IR.
+1 I wish this Vilma conspiracy theory would stop. It is not like he is getting surgery on the grassy knoll.
that article is stupid. This is just another arrogant doctor who knows diddly squat, and is speculating to get his 15 mins of fame.
2years could be perfect nobody`s gonna touch or trade for him till then and if mangini has another bad year he might night be here 2 years from now and we may be back in the DEFENSE that Vilma works best in......
Actually, I have it on very good authority from the Chinese guy that does my dry cleaning whose cousin does none other than JV's dry cleaning and alterations, that following surgery, he will only have one leg. He knows this because JV has had all his new pants altered to accommodate one leg. JV intends to pursue a career as a kicker. Huh, we could use one of those.
What the hell happen to him to be out? I must of missed it, did he fall out of his car going to the game.
You never know. If the Jets go back to a 4-3 in the next regime we'll be set back again though. Can't keep switching back and forth when the two fronts have completely different requirements in the front 7. This is another reason that I think the Jets should make a play for Cowher next season. He's a clear 3-4 adherent and he would be able to build on the very limited work that the current regime has done on the 3-4.
I heard that, while Vilma was at home recovering from his injury, Lawrence Taylor busted through a window and snapped his good leg right off.
