you would have to give up a first for him... As much as I would love to see him on the Jets it will never happen

Agreed. Plus at this point I think this would be too much of a luxury move with how many holes we have on both sides of the ball. WR is one of the only positions we're pretty set in.

Yeah with all the holes on the O-line and D-line........... lets bring in Chad Johnson and give up a first round pick. The simple concept of bringing him in for that high a price is mind numbing.

He is not what this team needs. We should however trade a first pick for Jamal Williams or Casey Hampton.

With respect to the Jets, Wide Receiver is the last place I would look to improve the team. Try the entire defense, before that!

not unless you start Clemens. Having Pennington throw to Chad Johnson is a complete waste

Trading a first would be a bad idea considering our needs.

But if Cincy is looking to move him and get value for him, would it be crazy to try to move a young talented player in the 4-3. Vilma or D-rob would fit nicely in that defense, and are both having trouble in ours. Keep in mind how bad Cincy's D is.

If we are starting Clemens having Ocho Cinco as a security blanket could be pretty sweet. Vilma for Chad Johnson straight up, I do it in a second. I love Vilma, but we'd be getting good value, and despite being a leader, he hasn't been able to perform in our system.

Have Harris and Barton start inside, while improving our WR corp to Johnson, Coles, Cotchery. I'll take it.
