Chad has always been able to throw that pass. We have just never tried it or had to opportunity to do it. For chad to throw that pass, he has to have no pressure, a full 3 steps into it, and put full arm swing and his whole body into the throw. He's done it before and it was a beautiful pass. Unfortunately, you don't always get no pressure and get to put your whole body into the throw, unlike QB with a strong arm that can do that type of pass when pressured.
