I strongly agree with you on this. Anything less then a SUPER BOWL victory is second best and for losers!

I don't see how anyone can argue that the Patriots aren't the clear favorites to not only win the AFC East, but also the Super Bowl. With that said, and our difficult schedule, we're looking at fighting for a wildcard spot. We'll be hunting with....

    Bengals/Ravens
    Broncos
    Jaguars

Congradulations. This is a league for losers. Every league is.

If you were only in it for the SB, no one would watch. Becuase honestly, the Jets stand as much a chance for a Superbowl next year as the Bucs.

The only fans that would be watching would be Pat, Bengals, Colts, and Charger fans.

I thought we were going to be unstoppable this year, so I really don't know what to think for next season. I'm just very frustrated at how bad our team and our team's coaching turned out. It really looked as if we were heading in a great direction. Who knew it would be like this!

Well there were some of us constantly warning that last year was a mirage & not to allow it to affect your judgements for this year. I guess you were one of those I do not believe guys that is now sitting around scratching your head as how it all could have gone so wrong. Well when you have a noodle arm QB, A average to below average OLine, A terrible DLine, terrible LBering & a questionable DBF you can easily see where you went amiss. Maybe by 2010 or beyond we should be on the upswing & NYJ fans can again begin to talk smack even though by then we will not have won a CHAMPIONSHIP in over 40years.

The talent on this team is still subpar. The Jets are going to need to have a great offseason to avoid losing some next year. They could do it and have a big turnaround but it will take more cohesion than we have seen out of Tannenbaum and Mangini in the past.

Not to mention we're really low on the injury karma scale at the moment.

So in June I thought the Jets would make the playoffs. I didn't think that in August when I made my official picks. I was really dumb back in June.

Pats will win again next year, as everyone else will be watching the playoffs from home.
