I saw Strahan get interviewed and then had to go back to CBS. What did Wright have to say about the Mets collapse?

If Rutgers blows this 10-point lead, then Wright gave them bad luck.

They didn't talk about the Mets, they asked how he felt about Torre, then they talked about how he is a Hokie fan while ragging on Flutie

Shame they had to lose both those games to Cincinnati and Maryland or they would be in the thick of the championship race right now. They can knock off West Virginia next week. Might as well ruin their season too.

I know most of you guys were rooting for Rutgers, so I may get bashed for this, but did anyone else notice the referees actively try to give Rutgers the game?

There were a lot of 'iffy' calls that made a big impact...

For instance, the blocked FG by USF... Maybe they were intentionally pushing the ball forward, but there was no irrefutable visual evidence to say that it was on purpose, as both USF players were being hit when they fumbled the ball... Yet it was reversed, took a TD away, and ended up a penalty against USF....

Lots of iffy holding calls on USF in the trenches too... And then not to mention the 'hardly touched him' push off on the huge play by USF late in the game.... That little touch didn't affect the play, but it was enough to call, and the refs did.... In a big, close, game, late, you do not make that call...

And then don't even mention the unsportsmanlike on Hester after his TD catch... That was awful...

I was rooting for Rutgers and I did notice some close calls. I believe that's what you get when you play at home in the NCAA. The pushoff was called by 3 separate officials so I can't consider that one cheap. However, the calls that hurt them the most were obvious and blatant. Especially, late in the game.

I didn't see the unsportsmanlike penalty on Hester but the other two I completely agree with. When the blocked Fg happened live I was thinking what a BS play that was but after seeing the replays I don't understand how the TD could have gotten called back. The first guy never had possession of the football and the second guy clearly got hit which caused the ball to get loose. No way it should have been reversed.

Don't even get me started on that BS pass interference call, there is no way that should have been called. The receiver beat his man, simple as that. Horrible calls really factored into the decision which is a shame. All in all though USF lost because their QB could not just throw the ball away on a couple occasions, resulting in horrendous sacks.
