Woohoo lets pad the stats of mediocre DB's like Chad has done the last 2 weeks. Spectacular, all this means is that a back up or rookie CB/S is going to get 2-3 interceptions instead of the starter. I mean afterall Chad does throw the most "catchable" ball in the NFL.
If Westbrook plays he could end up with 300 yards combined against our defense unless they improve this week.

I have him and McNabb in fantasy.. VERY reluctant to play either, but I KNOW if I don't they're going to explode and have huge games

That would never happen because Chad would have thrown 2 yard dump passes to TJ and Leon on the last drive (before the FG drive) and probably not even reached the end zone. Romo marched them down the field for a TD very quickly.
Why would anyone doubt playing Westbrook? The passing game is struggling, which is why Mcnabb is a bad option, but Westbrook is a monster...
