    I forget what it was that I read, but it involved Carl Pavano being on the DL, so Kennedy could take his spot

    I just noticed that if Boston doesn't win tonight there will be a 3 way tie between them, cleveland and la for the best record in the league. All kinds of possibilites start to open then. Actually, Boston will be 1/2 game back of the other two.

    Buchholz is pitching a no hitter through 4 against the Jays :eek:hmy:
    but the Red Sox haven't gotten a hit either :grin:

    Joba came in during the 8th inning (first time he hasnt started the inning) and struck out Mora.

    Rivera will probably be pitching the 9th

    for some reason they pitched papelbon when behind, and he blew the game open. toronto is going to take tonight's game as well.

    Red Sox lose 6-1. Yankees 1 out away from moving up to 1.5 games back, only 1 in the loss column
