Good news but aren't these guys a little too seasoned? I know Mnagini has experience with these players but could it be an issue if we sign guys with # 36's skills? JMHO.
Why can't the Jets look at anybody but ex-Patriots players. Do we not have a scouting staff that looks at players from other teams beside the Pats. I am getting sick and tired of them bringing in every old Pats retreads.
They need some depth in the defensive backfield, so we may as well sign ex Pats. You are not going to upgrade over #36 or anyone else at this point.
I would take Tory James anyday. He is a good clean back who can intercept passes well. Pro Bowler aswell, hell i dont care if he did play for the pats i would take him.
