The speculation at the moment is that Goodell has requested ALL materials that the Pats have taped over the last several seasons from the sidelines. If the Pats are not forthcoming and fail to hand over enough tape he will likely suspend Belichik and take further action against the Pats. I'm starting to think Belichik's reign in Foxboro is over. There's too much black smoke coming from just over the horizon.
cool...good news : ) might as well take a look at that fumble in the snow while they're at it! all is right in the world again
I've been on the verge of asking this all week - what was the point in banning them from filiming if you let them keep the footage they already have.
Abyzmul.. How would they release it since they never had possesion of the film? Remember it was confiscated, and brought to the commish in a "sealed" box.. Well, atleast that's what was reported.. :breakdance:
Do you have any idea how easy it is to dupe a magnetic tape these days? That is assuming it's tape and not digital, which can be transmitted wirelessly in seconds.
You got a point... We will probably never know who, when, and why it was leaked.. But judging from the quality of those shots, and picture quality (I did see the actual broadcast).. I don't know about all that wireless stuff and what not..
