I heard that too. I doubt it will happen but it can. That might be the reason why they want Bill B to respond by Friday before the second week starts. I can't imagine the Jets getting the win, I think the best thing that could happen in a tie for both teams.

There is no way the Jets receive the Patriots' draft pick(s). The offense was for one game, and a first round draft pick could potentially have an impact on several games over several years.
Wow, thats something. I like Schlereth, but he's a bit of a Jets hater and Patriots knob sucker. For him to call for a forfeit shows just how many legs this allegation has.
Only Pats fans will make an announcement that they are leaving and then come back before the next season starts. I'm sure you won't disappoint. I don't know what's more entertaining... Bill Belicheat getting caught, or the spineless Pats fans squirming to defend it. That's where I get the real LOLs.
If they don't make them forfeit, it is a DISGRACE. That sends a message to the rest of the league that if you are caught cheating, you still win. They cheated to win, they don't deserve it. The win should be taken away.

Why the 2nd half was so different... I'm not trying to be a conspiracy theorist... NFL Live's Mark Schlereth described how the cheating helped the Patriots during the game last week. He stated that during the game, assistant coaches show pre-snap and post-snap Polaroids to the offense and defense. What the Patriots did was take those Polaroids and the videotape, and match them up with the defensive signals from the Jets coaches. That way the Pats know what defense is coming before the snap. Then Schlereth said his ruling would be a forfeit, handing the game to the Jets. I agree with that solely on the fact that it give the Jets a win.

I don't want a forfeit. I want draft picks. The game on Sunday proved we need better horses in just about every position. "With the first 8 picks in the 2008 NFL draft, the New York Jets select - - - - - - - -. If I hear that next April, I will start to believe we have a chance in the near future. At least 2 firsts and 2 seconds will be a good start.
thats a bit much imo. you cant blame brady for something the CS does. whos to say the players knew the pats CS were cheating? BB is the main culprit, and he should be held accountable...along with any member of the CS who aided or knew. the players are just players. they dont make the decisions.
