I hope JoePa keeps Mickey Shuler Jr starting. He's had some amazing moves.

this week's drubbing isn't as sweet because i don't like penn state either, but can't complain about an irish loss. it was fun watching the "genius" charlie weiss not allow cub QB jimmy olsen to throw a pass over a yard or so. i watched most of the first half and i swear every pass play was either a screen, a sack or lil jimmy tucking the ball and running.

Wow, that's better than me. I also don't like either of those teams. That's why I didn't watch it.
South Carolina-Georgia was a far more intriguing game. Cocks up 16-12 in 4th quarter. 1:27 remaining, game on ESPN2.

Get em JoePa! You see that old fuck running around on the sidelines? He's gonna live to be 1000.

To answer an earlier question I like ND because they're the Irish (Im Irish). Plus being on tv every week and not having a local college football team they seemed the easiest to pick.

Clausen will be amazing in his next few years. I hope they let him throw the ball deep next game, even though he has no go-to WR, and the O-Line is awful. Next year they'll be back to where they were.

I can't wait till the end of the season when Weis keeps his job and the media goes crazy on ND for being racist. I really don't want to see that happen, but I know it is. The firing of Ty will continue to haunt the team solely because he was black. If Weis wins 4 or 5 games this year and isn't fired, shit's going to hit the fan. I really don't like Weis and I honestly want a new coach already. He's much too much of an arrogant asshole who thinks he's bigger than life and that attitude is just going to infiltrate to the rest of the team. Sounds awfully familiar to a Michigan team that underachieves every year. I want a humble coach that knows where he comes from. A Randy Shannon, a Joe Paterno, anyone that can serve as a good coach and a media darling. Weis is grabbing the recruits definitely, but I am unimpressed with his coaching, his hires, his playcalling, etc. (not to mention his overall attitude). I do not believe that he is going to be the coach everyone thought he would be, and I think he's showing who the real mastermind always was in NE (Belichick).

It is ironic that this is the year that Willingham gets his team to a new level

Can we please end all talk of Weiss being an offensive genius?

........ and yet the experts voted them # 10 to start the season. What exactly did these geniuses see during the spring and summer? Or! maybe they didn't even look, they just figured Charlie Weiss is a genius and this is ND, they gotta be better than only nine schools!!

I'm loving it. This is the only season I will make sure to catch all their games.

    ?????????

Who voted them 10? Nobody had them in the top 25. They all knew they were going to suck.

Lou Holtz is picking them to win tomorrow, as well he should I guess. It will become a bigger issue for the opponent who finally loses to ND! What an embarrassment that will be
