Me too... I guess Mangini anticipated the PATS built their game plan around exploiting Bender and wanted to throw a major curveball into their plans(?) Still I'm really surprised. Does anybody have a link to the inactives? Do we KNOW this report is accurate?

Bender will be replaced by a combo of Wade Smith and Adrien Clarke. Barnes is the team's starting fullback. Miller and Revis is who I wanted to start anyway. But Barnes is sitting? Who's gonna play FB, one of our 5 TE's? And the Jets always wear all-white on opening day, whether they are home or away. Think about all the opening the days the past few yrs.

Anyway huge jets fan , saw 3 games last year in the flesh and off to baltimore next week! Stacy tutt is my idea of a guy who will have a big game today , can block , run and catch. Blitz often , get harris in the game and we can do it!! Beers in the fridge , simply ... j e t s!!!

Thabks all , it helps being insane watching the jets!!! From the kotite era ( believe it or not thats when I started watching them!!) to now its being part of this fanbase thats the best bit , we have a few okay a load of loons but hey you gotta love em!! Give TJ the ball , play action and give it to kowaleski ( just to see if simms can say it!!)
