I've also heard some rumors of a conncetion from the Secaucus terminal to the stadium. But I would guess those rumors are false since I've seen no construction toward that end..

I honestly do not know what the big deal about a New stadium is. In the rain and cold will it matter when I am freezing and soaked. The field will still be the same 100 yards.

Wrigley Field and Fenway Park are old as hell, and I gaurantee they have a heck of a lot of more charm then this monstrosity will have.

Just Rich People trying to get richer at our expense. If it were JETS stadium that will be another story. This Money Pit will suck the fans dry!

Great site...they should make one that highlights our new stadium.

Love the Video board, but that comes with the dome.

yeah, I hate to be a cynic, because it's been a long time around here waiting for a new stadium, but I would think the combined efforts of 2 organizations would come up with something better than this, not impressed, looks very cookie cutter to me, no personality.......hopefully the diagram just isn't doing it justice

I agree, this doesn't seem much different than what we have. I live in Denver and they have a brand new Mile High and I am still trying to figure out what the difference is from the old one. The new one still has parking issues and long lines for the bathrooms and beers. It is just a big hunk of metal with some concrete. Most fans don't experience the luxury box so most fans won't even notice the benefits of a new stadium. Average Joe gets screwed again.

The new one looks like a diaphragm and has no open end.

It looks like just another stadium to me. It's not ugly or anything; it looks respectable, but it's hard to get excited over it with such a bland design. Then again.. I haven't been to the current stadium in 10 years, so it's hard to compare.

Actually, Mile High still has the open end on the south side, just like the last one. It just has that wavy (diaphram) thing on the top, which i'm still haven't decided if its cool or not.

Hopefully the "New Meadowlands" has more bathrooms and beer stands, that's what really matters in a new stadium.

Well the "super secret" luxury box seats are lazy-bowls chairs with a built-in beer tap.

    I'm with GSour...

It doesn't look much different than the present day Meadowlands.

For 1.3 BILLION dollars, are you telling me they couldn't be a little more imaginative? I've seen the Cowboys rendings before, and I'm wondering "Why can't something like that be built in the greatest city of the world?

And come on..they couldn't put a retractable roof on this thing for 1.3 BILLION dollars.

Someone is getting ALOT of money for nothing.

East Rutherford is the greatest city in the world? Some people have low standards.
