    Hughes has really settled down since the 2-run HR. He has looked very sharp tonight, which is a great sign.

    His curve has had some good bite lately, his fastball has good pop, and his change has also been effective.

    Now, lets get the bats going!

    hughes has looked good tonite, i hope he doesnt get a loss for this game.. its still early.. good news is since joe torre has an all star bench tonite.. posada, matsui, and abreu.. he better use them

    Cant believe they couldnt get Molina home from third with 1 out and the top of the order...

    Joba in for his quick inning of work.

    wtf is wrong with jeter? 1-13 this series i think.. his average is good, but he is just not producing when they need him to as of late

    11 pitches to get out of the inning for Joba. C-ya again in a couple of days.

    God forbid Joe gives him another inning to get him to 20 pitches for the night.

    2nd error of the night for Lopez puts Robby on 1st with no outs.
    Hughes now gets a ND and Joba could get the win if the Yankees take the lead.

    I can understand this move. Even though he did have 2 hits, the odds of Jose grounding into a DP are greater than Jorge's.

    Now watch Jorge ground into one.

    New pitcher coming in.
    I now take back what I said about Joba and another inning. With this inning taking so long he should be gone.
