How does this team even get ranked?? And ranked # 10 for that matter!! And someone needs to teach these guys how to tackle. I see more arm tackling and shirt grabbing that a pee wee football game. Good thing I hate FSU.
Yes, that is absolutely ridiculous. They blew ass last year and got ranked 10th. Rutgers kicked ass last year and got ranked 16th. Makes little sense. Polls shouldn't go out till early October. That's another problem. Edit- Wait a second- 10th? really? Aren't they ranked 19th? I'll put the game on. The ranking will probably appear before their name on the score panel.
CJ Spiller and James Davis are just making the FSU Defense look like crap. Clemson isn't as good as they appear in this game, but FSU sure is this bad.
My bad I really thought they were ranked 10th. 19th is still rediculous. The Seminoles look so unprepared and undisciplined it's making me sick. The thing is, the FSU defense really shouldn't be this bad.

They'll probably lose 5-6 games this season...FSU will never fire Bowden, he'll leave when he wants to. If he knows what's right for this team, he'll "retire" after this season.

they were ranked #19. but they also had two true freshman and a sophmore on their OL. although I agree the tackling was inexcusable. Geno Hayes and Budd Thacker were the only two defenders who showed up last night. after being down 24-0 at halftime though they made a great effort and lost 24-18. Jimbo Fishers playcalling was pretty garbage, at one point I was saying "give me back Jeff Bowden" aside from that people underrate Clemson. they have two RB's who would go in the 1st rd if they opted next yr. im a huge noles fan and last night pissed me off, but with that many young guys on O-line you cant expect much. in fact like i said the game being the way it was at halftime. it couldve been alot worse. but Clemson got shutout the second half and the Noles recievers failed to come through in the clutch. plain and simple. im not worried, with Amato back as LB Coach and Executive Asst HC and Trickett as OL Coach (they blew but finally opened up holes later in the game) things will pan out once Bobby finally calls it quits. Does Bobby need to leave? Maybe. But you dont fire Bobby Bowden. thats like asking Joe Pa, Bear Bryant, or Lombardi to just stop.
we'll see, Clemson is good and the Noles o-line is practically straight out of HS. meanwhile being a Cane fan you have no room to talk. your not even overrated because your program is an obvious joke. but I always enjoy the Cane/Noles rivalry. and have respect for their recruits, at least until they bummed out and decided it was worthwhile to gloat about beating a fledling program like FIU or was it FAU. same thing at this point.
Clemson was unranked, and FSU made Clemson look THAT good. The Miami program is in change, new head coach so i'm not going to expect 8-9 wins, yes he was the D. Coordinator, but still changes are being made... FSU was ranked, was overrated, everybody wanted them to be the sleeper ACC team...But they forget one thing... Drew Weatherford is still our QB.
