That's how I had it figured and it looks like Tutt has indeed made the team.

THANKS! Been waiting for this all day...

No shockers in who was cut, but a bit surprised that BOTH Pociak and Kowalwhatever made it as TEs

Based on that list, the only cuts i have issues with are, Danny Ware, Frisman Jackson, and Raymond Ventrone

I think Ware should be there over Tutt, Ventrone should be there over Rashad Washington, and i really like what Jackson brought to the table, there is no way we cut 0 TE's that would leave us with

    Baker
    Ryan
    Kowaleski
    Pociask
    Dearth

we dont need 5 tes heck we dont even need 4. this would have enabled us to keep Jackson and probably another db such as Manny Collins

5 if you count Dearth...which we shouldn't, but technically I think he has always been listed as a TE

Wait, so this means we kept Baker, Ryan, Kozlowski and Pociak?

I think it's worth remembering that Mr. T did a LOT of shuffling after final cuts last year. I don't think these are our final 53 by next week

I think they view Pociak as more of a blocking fullback/H-back than a tight end

    practice squad....ware and collins
    no big deal
    no surprises....
although some of the guys still not cut will likely be gone or traded
i'm actually moreso trying to figure out the unknowns that made it
what about that wr luotu?...no way he made it

yes jetfighter i believe this means we kept 5 te's.

I dunno out of the 5 you have to keep baker and dearth, and you probably keep one more we should have taken one of Kowaleski, ryan, pociask but instead we kept all three? and Tutt and Barnes? maybe i can see keeping all the TE's if you use them constantly as H-backs removing the need for Tutt and Barnes...

I dunno, but Ware should have made this team

I agree (he did some of that the other night). And I think he can work well in that role

I think Washington is too good on special teams to cut.
Jackson got caught in a numbers game. 7 WRs would be one too many. Most times teams only keep 5. The Jets are starting with 6.

Also, guys what this means is that in two drafts by tangini, 14 picks in all, only two are no longer on the roster, Titus Adams and Schlegal. Not bad, considering 7 of those 14 picks were in the 4th round or later....

Keeping Tui was the "safe" move, but I thought he might be gone (and still may?)

If Smith played better at QB, Tuiasosopo could have been cut and Ware could have made the active roster.

Well, so much for Haynes blowing things up in camp. I guess he was too inconsistent. Sorry to see Wadsworth go but not surprised.
