I like Dwalshes, it is nice and simple and seems easily changed for different players. German Jets Fan's is my second favorite, but then he'd have to go and find a different picture to blend in on the right side for each player.
sometimes, the quick, simple ones are the best, yours just seemst to natural, and classy. Scikotics 3 and GM1 seem to be a little overworked, imo.
the standard photos that you smack right in the middle of each banner really breaks the flow of the beautiful background. Move it to the side or take em off. The back grounds are so awesome on some of them.
I like dwalsh's modified the best for color and overall feel. It's probably too late, but what's the chance that the background can match the player, especially considering j-slack is there right now.
That might be asking too much of the person who is making them. Remember, they're going to be making ones for pretty much the whole team. Thats a shitload of work for one person

Could ya fade out the Jets logo into the background, and have the player and name more in the centre? Plus the position and the number of the player
