The stupidity of people that take pictures in the act of commiting crimes never ceases to amaze me.

Could the prosecutors retract the plea bargain? If they have pictures, the case is in beyond solid footing.

Last thing I read on CNN was that they're still negotiating (sp?). I'm betting the deal could be pulled off the table if nothing was agreed on. But, I'm not an attorney.

Well, if they are getting a plea and information about other dog rings from the Vick crew, they would not want to retract.

Why spend more time and tax dollars fighting this case unless your trying to make an example of Mike? If he's willing to plea they should take it.

Imagine the stupidity of someone in such a high profile position as Vick letting pics be taken of him in the act? It's probably a combination of stupidity and arrogance in his case, though.

He always s*cked at reading 'defense', anyway. Let's hope it continues.

This is pretty sick. It's not Old Yeller. I hope he never plays in the NFL again. I don't care for him cause he did not give two shits about any dog. Piss ant.

Not if the league bans him. It will be interesting to see how the NFL deals with him now that he's pleading guilty. Personally, I hope they give him a lifetime ban, but I am not sure on how possible that is.

I wonder if he will lose any of his athletic ability getting a dick shoved up his ass everyday for the next year or so..

if he gets time, he'll definitley be segregated for the duration. If he gets into any trouble, he'll throw some money out and pay for protection.

I think lifetime ban is appropriate. I would not like to see any convicted people of a violent felony playing a professional sport.

The Gambling charges alone can get a lifetime ban from the NFL. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

No matter how good he is, would an NFL team be willing to go through the negitive publicity of taking him on? Will the NFL allow him back? I have my doubts about that.
