I'm banking on Demetrius Jones. Sharpley hasn't shown me that much, but I could definitely see him starting. I just don't like Clausen. Not as a player, not as a person. Don't want this kid being the face of ND.
I don't know him, but I have met him and spent time with him before. I went to ND, and he stayed in my dorm on numerous occasions. My friend had a bit of a run-in with him at a dorm party (when he was still in high school and visited the school). It essentially turned into Clausen acting like he deserves all the hype he's getting and that everyone should bow down to him. That just left a bad taste in my mouth. Clausen acted like everyone should feel lucky to get to see him play on Saturdays.
its a proven fact that ND students and fans are lower quality people then the rest of the country. douchebag side effect of attending or rooting for a school so full of itself that normal people instinctively hate.
and Yankee fans fit in this too along with Patriot fans and any other fans of a team that is currently winning.....
except ND fans do it even when the team is mediocre or flat out bad. you're talking about bandwagon fans and ND fans aren't bandwagoners they don't even have the grace to stow their shit and go into hiding when the team is losing.
why the negativity? the thread title has nothing to do with whether you hate notre dame or not. the season hasn't even started and you're already talking about how notre dame fans can't deal with their team losing. chill out for a sec.
I am a BIG ND fan and I think this is going to be a tough year for the irish.... They lost alot of good players last year.... But I still love ND
