Clemens will go after somebody when he's ready to come out..the game is out of reach now. Usual 4 game suspension is ok at that point. The only problem is he's pitching so good he could end up with a complete game. I suppose he could go after somebody in the 9th anyway.

I was just having the same conversation with a friend of mine.

At the rate he is going, he will probably get around the 90-100 mark in the late 7th or 8th. Then, he could go after a batter and let Joba pitch the 9th to get his work in. It works out perfectly.

I don't even think that was intentional..I think he would have thrown a much harder fastball if that's what he wanted to do there.

The Jays are a bunch of Bitches.

Are you serious? Him going "HA" a few months ago equates to you throwing behind him 1 game then Hitting him the next???
Wow, that is just pure pee-wee league shit right there.

Two days in a row Damon cost us two runs on a mis-played ball.

Did we already forget about the 2 great plays he made last week in left? I don't remember seeing any "Two days in a row Damon saved us a few runs".

I have been on his ass also but he's still gettin settled in left.
Also, don't look now but he's 12 for his last 29 including an 0 for 6 vs KC. far from where he needs to be but at least improving.

The two plays yesterday and today were absolutely horrible...how can you even bring up what he did last week?

Making a great play is nice..not making routine plays that cost runs is totally unacceptable.

How many runs did he cost them with his perfect day at the plate?

Nasty slider, fastball is too straight.

Nothing special for his first outing but he has all the tools, that was obvious. He will be more settled next time.

That was fun. Gotta work on the fastball. Breaking pitches are unreal. Seems very composed.

How can you guys make excuses for plays they make in little league where they don't get paid 12 million dollars a year to do it?

I say put Farnsworth in for some headhunting in the ninth. He can't throw strikes but he can still kick some ass and even he can't blow a 7 run lead.
