This is the first time I read that McFadden has Character problems.

I think John Booty will go higher, the USC Offense will let his stock rise.

Can someone tell me something about Frank Okam?

    Edit:
Frank Okam , DT, Texas, 6-5 320 lbs

A physical player who knows the Tech defense ... Runs well and hits hard ... Is motivated to get better ... Will be counted on for leadership ... Had a productive sophomore season ... Started every game at mike linebacker and led the team in tackles with 112 ... Scored two defensive touchdowns ... Ranked fourth in the ACC in tackles per game at 8.6 ... A second-team All-ACC pick ... A two-time ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week selection ... Played on more defensive snaps (612) than any other Tech player during the regular season ... Also started on the extra point and field goal block team.

Opened the season with 10 tackles against NC State ... Played all 77 defensive plays in that game ... Contributed six tackles and two quarterback hurries at Duke ... Added eight tackles and another hurry versus Ohio ... Had a tackle for loss, a hurry, a pass breakup and four tackles in the Georgia Tech game ... Led the Hokies with 11 tackles at WVU ... Grabbed a fumble in mid-air and ran 15 yards for a touchdown against Marshall ... Also added 10 tackles and a QB hurry on the way to ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week honors ... Earned ACC honors again after registering a sack, a pass breakup and 14 tackles at Maryland ... Scored his second TD of the year when he picked off a BC pass and returned it 13 yards for a score ... Added seven tackles - one for loss - and two pass breakups ... Collected 10 tackles, a sack and an additional TFL at UVa ... Had 10 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, an interception, two passes broken up and a pair of QB hurries against UNC ... Contributed seven tackles and a pass breakup during the Florida State game ... Led the way with nine stops, including a sack, along with a pass break up and a QB hurry in the Gator Bowl win over Louisville ... Was one of the Frank O. Moseley Award winners for his hustle during off-season and spring workouts ... Picked off a pass and returned it 18 yards to set up a touchdown in the spring Maroon-White game.

2004: Played in all 13 games, starting the last 12 ... Recorded 21 solo stops and 43 assists ... Included in those 64 tackles were 4.5 tackles for loss and a sack ... Also had a forced fumble, three pass breakups and seven quarterback hurries ... Played 522 snaps on defense and 22 on special teams in the regular season ... Picked up five tackles in his collegiate debut, coming against USC ... Made his first collegiate start the next week against Western Michigan, leading the team with 10 tackles ... Led the way with eight tackles and a break-up against Duke ... Had four tackles, a forced fumble and his first collegiate sack in the win over No. 6 West Virginia ... Led the team with 10 tackles and had a quarterback hurry against Virginia ... Once again led the way with eight tackles at Miami, picking up a pass break up as well ... I can't even read that...

I'm just going to work on initial draft reviews for 2007 and put that up sometime somewhat soon.

Why would we need another ILB? Vilma, Harris, and Schlegel on the first day the past 3 years isn't enough?

that mock draft was terrible. they have teams repicking the same positions as this year. Panthers taking a wideout, even though they drafted 2 this year. Titans taking another safety, even though they picked up Griffin and already have Chris Hope. Redskins taking another LB, even though they have a bunch already. And why would they take a QB when it looks like Drew Brees led the Saints to the superbowl according to where the Saints are drafting. Its not like hes old

The WR class next year is amazing. Jackson, Sweed, Manningham, Doucet.

I'm not nearly as high on Desean Jackson as everyone else seems to be. I know he's fast as hell, but he just doesn't have that "it." I live in Cali so I get to see him quite a bit. I remember against USC, he got absolutley locked up by Terrell Thomas. He also looked like a little puss out their most of the time. Two plays into the game he went tipy toeing across the middle and got the shit knocked out of him. He pretty much gave up right then and their. Wouldn't even look towards the middle of the field after that play. The guy just looks mentally weak to me.

I think you can close the book on any character issue guys. Mangini won't draft them.

Do you think WR is going to be our biggest need?

I think we'll be looking for a slot guy in the mid-rounds, especially if McCariens leaves. Our biggest needs next year will be the same as last year - DL, OLB, the right side of the OL, and possibly even HB if Jones shows his age.
