I think today is just a physical conditioning day, to make sure everyone i sin shape to start practice. They are probably just running sprints, timed distances, bag drills and such. So they probably have a lot of time in between or it just goes quickly.
They had their conditioning tests done yesterday. Today there was a full practice this morning with another this afternoon. There are already some reports showing up from the AM practice on some other sites...
Kellerman is horrible. Who runs 1050? How can you make this clown your 10-Noon guy? Besides, he is huge Giant fan which is ok, but admits his hate for the Jets so he is another biased jack ass like the low lifes on 660. I used to be a huge sports talk radio fan, but because of biased hosts and 99% of it is baseball, I went to sirius and most of the time its music or NFL radio.

I read an article about how he's been trying to invent a new D-line move called the Speedbump....he torpedoes himself onto the ground in the path of the play and attempts to slow the progression of the blockers and RB so that other players can make the tackle....it will also double to show Vilma's resurgence in the new system.
