Heh, I've heard him before, but I've noticed a lot of people just not notice. I don't think it's a matter of people not realizing it, I think there's just too many people who have no idea who Shep is. I'll never forget the awesomeness when I was a kid hearing: Now batting. I adjust my hat after every single pitch I throw. That doesn't mean I'm cheating. Clemens probably IS a cheater, but for steroids, not touching his hat.
Another series win. Lets keep it up. Clemens got better as he went on. I like the aggresiveness with the double steals etc.
The Pirates are pathetic. They rank among the worst in EVERY offensive statistic in baseball. If Roger throws the way he did today against Boston or Detroit, he will get plastered.
Speaking of which, is Daisuke ever going to pitch to the Yankees again? I miss him. Wakey is our bitch now, too, but ever since we knocked around Daisuke, he hasn't pitched against us.
They haven't changed the rotation, other than skipping Tavarez to line him up with Lester, so I'm guessing he'll face them the next time his spot comes up during a series with them. And that's some awful big talk from a fan of a team that's 10 1/2 games out, and only 2 games out of the cellar.
